Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through voice support.
  • Provide appropriate resolutions within defined TAT.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and transactions.
  • Adhere to quality and process guidelines.


Skills Required

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in International BPO/Call Center.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
