About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking high-potential B-school talent to join the 2027 Finance Summer Internship within the Finance organization. This 9-week internship is designed for students who want to build a strong foundation in finance, analytics, leadership, and business strategy while gaining exposure to how AI and emerging tools are shaping the future of finance in a global financial services environment.

In this role, you will:
Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Currentlypursuing MBA degree in finance,Accounting, BusinessData &Analytics, Economics,Statistics, AppliedMathor Business Administration/Business Management. with an expected completion date in between March -Aug 2028
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Basicproficiencyin Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python,SQL,and/or other analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI powered productivity tools (such aschat basedassistants and built in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.
- Demonstrated knowledge, interests and/orexperience in the financial services industry,corporate accounting,managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics
- Involvement in extra-curricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
