Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join an analytics and evaluation team. This role will lead data analysis projects, develop analytics solutions and work closely with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and evaluations to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
- Support the development of analytics and evaluation frameworks and research methodologies.
- Conduct statistical analyses to support organisational decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools.
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives.
- Design and implement data pipelines and automated reporting solutions.
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or any related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools such as R, Python, SQL and Tableau.
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Strong understanding of data protection and governance principles.
- Prior Healthcare analytics experience will be an advantage.
