The candidate must have strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze logs, monitoring data, and diagnostics including stack traces, while consistently following documented processes. Requires 6+ years of Linux/Unix/Windows administration and 2+ years of network troubleshooting across Cisco, Bluecoat, and Juniper devices. Must have prior production/operations support experience, ideally in finance, with knowledge of databases, core services, middleware, storage, and market data. Hands-on experience in Incident Management, handling multiple bridges, and strong communication skills is essential. Should understand cloud architecture, monitoring, automation tools, and scripting in Python/Shell. Must balance daily support with project tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver excellent customer service. Essential skills include Unix/Linux/Solaris/Windows administration, strong LAN/WAN/Voice troubleshooting, ITIL v3 certification, and experience with BMC Remedy, HPOV, ServiceNow. Should be familiar with Splunk, Atrium Orchestrator, Jira, and Confluence. Requires 1-2 years of cloud exposure, scripting expertise, and experience supporting mission-critical, multi-platform, multi-site IT environments
