JOB SCOPE

We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support digital content, campaigns and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and adapt content for social media, eDMs, and other digital channels.
Coordinate campaigns, creative assets, timelines, approvals and publishing for launches, promotions, workshops and events.
Create basic visuals and short-form videos, and ensure approved content is published accurately and on time.
Update website and Academy content, including campaign pages, workshop information and calls to action.
Monitor content performance, creators, UGC, competitors and digital trends, and compile key observations.
Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and records while supporting new digital initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
One to two years of relevant experience preferred. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of social media, digital content and platform-specific communication.
Basic copywriting, design and short-form video-editing skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong communication, coordination, ownership and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, publishing tools or CMS platforms is an advantage.
