Senior SAP BASIS/DBA/BTP/Cloud Architect performing Technical Project Manager role.

- Strong expertise in Cloud Architecture and S/4HANA deployments across major hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Deep knowledge of Technical Managed Services, ITSM processes, and SAPnon-SAP integrations.
- Proven track record leading global teams and working effectively in global matrix organizations.
- Experience managing high-pressure, complex customer escalations with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving process and organizational improvements with measurable outcomes.
- Customer-first mindset with a history of improving delivery quality, CSAT, and customer references.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Project Manager having performed Architect Role:
End to End contribution in various Project delivery phases with hands-on technical experience
- Subject Matter Expert: Design and architect SAP systems, ensuring they align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Alignment with Cloud Strategy: Develop and implement cloud strategies for SAP systems on Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc), focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Integration Architecture Design: Design integration solutions between SAP systems and other enterprise applications, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Complex Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

- Backup & Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Database Administration: Hands-On knowledge in databases like HANA, Oracle, MAZDB, Sybase, MSSQL, etc.
BTP Administration:
- Platform Management: Oversee the administration of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including service provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Security: Implement security measures to protect BTP environments, including user authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
- BTP Integration: Facilitate the integration of BTP services with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Cloud (AWS, AZURE, Etc) Architect:
- Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud architecture for SAP systems on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Service Management: Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC to support SAP workloads.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficient use of AWS resources.
- Cloud Integration: Involvement in Cloud integration need
Network Management:
- Configuration: Configure and manage network settings to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP systems and cloud services. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues that affect system performance and availability. Security: Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
System Performance:
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and apply optimizations to enhance system efficiency. Enhance the learnings into future environment.
Security Management:
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address security breaches.
Collaboration:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS and BTP administrators, providing guidance and support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and maintenance activities.
Documentation:
- System Documentation: Manage detailed documentation of system architectures, configurations, procedures, and changes.
