1 Year Contract Bank HR Operations & Process Improvement Specialist (Shared Services) BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage day to day HR Operations and employee enquiries across shared mailboxes, case management platforms and self service channels ensure requests are resolved within established service standards.
• Administer key employee services including Pass renewals, government paid leave claims, employment verification, HR transactions and employee recognition programmes.
• Maintain accurate HR records, dashboards, trackers and operational reports while supporting statutory submissions, data quality reviews and HR governance requirements.
• Review existing HR workflows and develop process maps, SOPs and operating procedures identify inefficiencies, control gaps and opportunities to improve employee service delivery.
• Gather business requirements and support UAT, implementation and change management activities for HR process, policy, system and digitalisation initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams, vendors and internal stakeholders on Operational Excellence projects, including process transformation, automation, governance and preparation of management reporting.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services or HR process improvement is preferred.
• Experience handling employee lifecycle administration or HR governance would be advantageous.
• Exposure to process mapping, business requirements gathering, UAT, process improvement or HR transformation projects is preferred.
