Conduct thorough needs assessments and document specifications using Business Analysis (BA) methodologies

Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional/non-functional specifications

Provide guidance on application selection, deployment, and customization

Collaborate with architects and developers to design and implement solutions

Advise customers on hardware/OS compatibility, data conversion, and training requirements

Lead modernization and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Influence and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Apply Agile, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration principles in solution delivery
