✔️ Handle international customer queries (voice) in a timely, professional manner

✔️ Assist with investment account-related concerns, product support, and transactions

✔️ Work with high-value clients in Investment Banking / Wealth Management

✔️ Record, escalate, and resolve issues using CRM/ticketing tools

✔️ Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 high-performance environment

✔️ Escalate complex issues following defined protocols

✔️ Maintain professionalism while dealing with high-value international clients

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
• Prior experience in voice-based customer service, especially in BFSI domain
• Understanding of investment-related terminology and client servicing etiquette

•  Fluent English Communication Skills (International Standards)
• 茶 Knowledge or interest in Investment Banking, Portfolio & Wealth Management
•  1 - 4 years of voice process/customer support experience preferred
