Are you a seasoned performance marketer who eats, breathes, and dreams D2C

We're looking for a Senior Facebook Media Buyer specializing in eCommerce to join the performance marketing team at Studio APS.

We've scaled 100+ D2C brands across India such as One8, Inde Wild, Fixderma, Lux, FixMyCurls, Lakshita, Truth & Hair. Some you've watched pitch on Shark Tank. Some are backed by Unilever, Amazon and Fireside Ventures. Some quietly own their category. We manage crores in ad spend every month across Meta, Google. Our work is data-driven, creative, and built to move revenue not vanity metrics. We're a lean, senior team that moves fast, thinks commercially, and cares deeply about the work. If you want to build something real and work on brands that actually matter you'll fit right in.

What you'll own

• A book of D2C accounts end to end. Strategy, structure, daily optimisation, and the call on when to scale and when to pull back

• Full budget ownership: forecasting, pacing, hitting the monthly numbers

• Creative direction. You write the briefs, choose the angles, and decide what scales and what gets killed. A separate team produces it

• The monthly client review. You present it, you take the hard questions, you own the recommendations

• Direction and review for a mid-level buyer working alongside you

What we're looking for

• 3+ years running Meta ads for D2C eCommerce. Not lead gen, not B2B

• Comfortable managing 30-40L+ in monthly spend across multiple accounts

• You can structure and scale an account without being told how

• You can hold a client call on your own, including a bad month

• You can write a creative brief a designer executes without a second conversation

• Google Ads is a plus, not a requirement

This probably isn't for you if

• You've only ever worked on one brand or one category

• You've never spoken directly to a client

• You need a brief handed to you before you can start

What you get

• Fully remote. Mon–Sat, 10–6 IST, two Saturdays off every month

• Direct access to the founder. No three layers of account management

• Fifteen-plus D2C categories in a year, the fastest way to build real judgement

• Brands people have actually heard of, on your CV

How we hire - four steps, done in under three weeks

1) Apply (20 seconds)

2) 30-minute conversation with the founder

3) An account audit task, under NDA

Offer within five working days of the final step. We reply to every applicant, either way.
