Jade Global is hiring a Business Unit Head to build and run its Rest of World (RoW) business, starting with the India market.

The BU Head will own Jade Global's growth outside North America, with India as the first and largest market. This is a builder role: you will set up a new business unit, win the first anchor customers and grow it into a profitable P&L. You will lead the go-to-market in India with the first play around SAP-led services in India, from S/4HANA transformation to managed services. Your network in the Indian SAP ecosystem will be key, including CXOs, SAP, hyperscalers and partners. You will spend much of your time with customers, and you will be accountable for revenue, margin and team growth.

Responsibilities

Market strategy and business building

Define and run the RoW business plan: target segments, industries, offerings, pricing and revenue targets.
Build the India business from the ground up, with a focus on AI-led transformation for enterprise and mid-market companies.
Track the Indian AI & SAP services market, including competitors, SAP programmes such as RISE and GROW, and customer buying trends. Turn these insights into clear market plays.
Find and support growth beyond organic sales, including potential acquisitions and Global Capability Centre (GCC) opportunities.
Over time, extend the model to South East Asia and the Middle East through partners and business associates.

Sales and customer leadership

Own new logo acquisition and account growth. Build and convert a qualified pipeline.
Be the senior face of Jade Global to CXOs, CIOs and business leaders. Lead key pursuits, orals and negotiations personally.
Use your existing network of customer and industry contacts to open doors quickly.
Build a base of referenceable customers and case studies in the Indian market.

Ecosystem and partnerships

Build strong working relationships with SAP India sales and partner teams, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and complementary partners.
Represent Jade at events, industry forums and customer roundtables to build brand awareness in India.

P&L, delivery and team

Own the BU P&L, including revenue, gross margin, utilisation and collections.
Work with Jade's delivery and practice leaders to ensure strong, on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Hire and lead a team of sales, presales and solution leaders, and grow it as the business scales.
Report regularly to the COO and leadership team on pipeline, bookings, revenue and forecast.

What Success Looks Like

First 6 months: Core team hired. Partnerships with SAP India and hyperscalers set up. First anchor customers won.
By 12 months: A healthy, qualified pipeline. Steady new-logo wins. Direct India revenue in line with plan, with at least two referenceable customers.
By 18 months: A profitable, growing BU with a strong India brand. A clear plan to enter the next RoW market.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
