Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and Entrepreneurial Operations & Brand Partnerships Executive to work closely with Ivy & Prime's founding team.

This is a hands-on role combining business operations, international brand onboarding, vendor management, strategic partnerships, retail execution, and business development.

The selected candidate will help coordinate and execute Ivy & Prime's expanding business verticals, particularly K-Beauty retail stores, clinical skincare, wellness partnerships, and e-commerce operations.

You will work with Korean and international brands, distributors, sourcing partners, airport stakeholders, clinic operators, doctors, service providers, and internal teams to convert business opportunities into functioning operations.

This is not a conventional sales, marketing, or administrative position. It requires someone who can manage relationships, coordinate stakeholders, organize operational workflows, solve problems, and take ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Commercial Execution

Identify business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, clinics, distribution, and founder networks.
Generate qualified leads, conduct outreach, arrange meetings, and prepare partnership proposals.
Support commercial negotiations, partnership structures, onboarding agreements, and revenue opportunities.
Develop business presentations, partner decks, research summaries, and commercial comparisons.

Support the setup, launch, and daily management of K-Beauty, skincare, wellness, and specialty retail stores, including airport retail locations.
Coordinate store infrastructure, vendors, fixtures, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with store managers, beauty advisors, suppliers, and external service providers.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment, product displays, customer feedback, and store performance.

3. Brand Onboarding & International Partnerships

Identify, approach, and onboard Korean, Asian, and international beauty, skincare, health, and wellness brands.
Manage brand onboarding requirements, including product catalogs, commercial terms, documentation, product information, pricing, and marketing assets.
Support discussions regarding product selection, inventory arrangements, distribution opportunities, consignment models, and promotional commitments.

4. Vendor, Sourcing & Strategic Partnerships

Identify and develop relationships with relevant vendors, distributors, logistics providers, retail operators, agencies, and business partners.
Coordinate vendor quotations, commercial proposals, negotiations, agreements, and execution timelines.
Support sourcing of products, retail fixtures, displays, testers, promotional materials, and operational services.
Build partnerships with airport operators, specialty retailers, clinics, salons, spas, wellness centers, and professional networks.

5. Clinic, Healthcare & Wellness Partnerships

Identify and coordinate partnerships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, cosmetologists, clinics, pharmacies, salons, spas, and wellness professionals.
Assist with the development of clinic, beauty, and wellness service concepts and pilot locations.
Coordinate clinical partners, service providers, brands, and operating teams.

6. E-Commerce, Community & Marketing Coordination

Support product listings, marketplace coordination, online brand activation, and e-commerce operational workflows.
Assist with product launches, sampling programs, brand showcases, community events, and B2B networking activities.
Maintain engagement with distributors, creators, buyers, professionals, and business communities.
Coordinate social media and promotional deliverables without making content creation the primary responsibility of the role.

Experience & Professional Background

1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, brand partnerships, business development, retail, e-commerce, vendor management, or startups.
Prior experience in a Founder's Office, entrepreneurial venture, or early-stage business is advantageous.
