About Us

VideoSDK gives developers the APIs, SDKs and low-latency global infrastructure to build real-time audio, video and AI voice agent experiences. Our SDKs cover Web, iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, Unity and IoT, and power video calls, interactive live streaming, transcription, telephony (SIP) and AI voice agents, including ZeroRuntime, our serverless platform for deploying voice AI agents.

About Role

You will own growth across the full developer journey: from first visit to the docs, to a first successful call or agent session, to an app running in production on a paid plan. You will find the biggest drop-offs in our funnel, run fast experiments to fix them, and scale what works.

This is a hands-on role. You will write copy, ship onboarding tweaks with engineers, query the data yourself, and talk to developers every week. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Sales, engineering, product and developer relations.

What You'll Do

Own the full funnel, inbound. Own self-serve signups and developer-led outbound alike, from first touch to API key, first session, production usage and closed deal. Define our North Star metric and the inputs that drive it.
Move developers from free credit to production. Cut time-to-first-call across every quickstart and platform, and design the path from the $20 free credit to a live app in production.
Scale acquisition. Grow technical SEO and content, comparison and migration pages, open-source examples, partner integrations, the Creator Program and launches.
Own marketplace acquisition. Build and grow our presence on cloud, AI and developer marketplaces (for example AWS, Azure and GCP marketplaces, GitHub and plugin ecosystems), from listings to conversion.
Drive retention and expansion. Build usage-based lifecycle messaging (credit running low, usage spikes, quality issues) and grow revenue from existing accounts.
Build the developer community, online and offline. Grow Discord, GitHub and The Protocol newsletter, and run meetups, hackathons and conference presence that bring in active developers.
Engage developers to build account pipeline. Talk to developers building on VideoSDK, spot high-potential accounts early and turn them into qualified opportunities.
Partner with the Head of Sales on pipeline. Submit qualified pipeline to sales, track it through to closure, and close the loop on what converts.
Shape monetization. Test usage-based pricing, credits, plan thresholds and upgrade prompts.
Own growth analytics and reporting. Set up tracking across the website, docs and dashboard, and report weekly to the CEO on funnel, pipeline and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years in growth, product-led growth, performance marketing or product management at an API-first, developer-tool or infrastructure company.
Deep product and technical expertise. You understand APIs, SDKs and real-time audio/video, can build a demo from our quickstarts, and earn credibility with developers.
A track record of experiments you designed and shipped, with numbers to show for them.
Experience generating pipeline with sales, both inbound and developer-led outbound.
Strong analytics skills: you write SQL and know your way around Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog or similar.
Comfort with the PLG motion: self-serve signups, free credits, usage-based pricing, and product-qualified leads feeding an enterprise team.
Hard-working, disciplined and ambitious. You set high goals, hold yourself to them, and ship without waiting for perfect information.
Clear, concise writing.

Nice to have

Knowledge of WebRTC, CPaaS (Twilio, Agora, LiveKit and similar) or the AI voice agent stack (STT, LLM, TTS).
A software engineering background, or hands-on coding experience in any language.
Experience growing a developer product across both India and US or global markets.
Experience growing an open-source project or developer community.
Lifecycle tooling experience (Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot) and website experimentation tools.
Experience with a product-led sales handoff, from PQL scoring to working with account executives.
Experience with launches on Hacker News, Product Hunt or developer newsletters.
