About Zyaro

Zyaro.ai is an AI-powered managed service that helps businesses grow revenue and keep customers happy. We run sales, retention, and customer support conversations for our clients using AI, and we're paid on the outcomes we deliver, not on software licences. We work with brands across agri-commerce, healthcare, D2C, and B2B services.

We're a small, fast-moving team where interns work directly with the founders. You'll see real deals and real clients from day one, and you'll learn how modern B2B sales actually works.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site internship in Gurugram. You'll support the sales team across the full B2B sales cycle, from finding the right companies to helping new clients get started with Zyaro.

What you'll do

Research and build lead lists of companies that fit our ideal customer profile
Qualify leads and identify the right decision makers
Run outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and follow up consistently
Book and support discovery calls and product demos
Keep the CRM clean and up to date with every interaction
Prepare simple weekly sales reports on pipeline and outreach performance
Coordinate with the delivery team so client questions get quick answers
Help onboard new clients and support training sessions
Suggest ideas to improve our outreach scripts, messaging, and sales process

What we're looking for

Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
Comfort talking to business owners and senior decision makers
Basic understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation
Strong organisation and follow-up habits, with attention to detail
Comfort with CRMs, spreadsheets, email tools, and picking up new software quickly
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
A degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, not a must
Genuine interest in building a career in B2B sales or business development

What you'll get

Hands-on exposure to the complete B2B sales cycle
