Implement offline conversion tracking and integrate Google Ads with CRM systems to measure qualified leads and actual business outcomes.
Identify optimisation opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI.

Proof of Performance: Must be able to share their screen or provide screenshots of Google Ads accounts they have managed, demonstrating CPL trends, lead quality, and offline conversions tracked back to the CRM. Sensitive client information may be redacted.
Case Studies: Must present 3 detailed case studies showcasing measurable results, campaign optimisation strategies, and performance improvements. Candidates must prepare a PowerPoint presentation before the interview.

What We Expect

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns based on lead quality and revenue outcomes, not just lead volume.
Confidence in explaining campaign strategy, data, and results with supporting evidence.

Note: Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate their expertise with real campaign data and discuss their results during the interview.
