We connect students, colleges and recruiters through AI-led skill assessments, mock interviews and verified employability scores. We are a DPIIT Recognized Startup working with colleges and hiring partners across India.

About the Role

You will be the first voice many students, colleges and clients hear from FirstConnection. You will run product demos, manage the follow-up pipeline, and guide students from first interest to enrolment. You will work directly with the founder and see your impact in the numbers every week.

Campus coordination. Coordinate with students and college coordinators during readiness audits, workshops and campus drives.
CRM hygiene. Keep the CRM (Zoho) updated daily with lead stages, call notes, next actions and outcomes.
Pipeline reporting. Share a daily activity report and a weekly pipeline summary with the founder.
Feedback loop. Pass on objections, feature requests and questions from students and clients so we can improve the product and pitch.
