Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern – International Sales

Company: Codestruk Softwares

Location: Sector 140A, Noida

About Codestruk Softwares

Codestruk Softwares is a technology and software development company helping startups, growing businesses, and established enterprises build, launch, and scale digital products.

Our services include web and mobile app development, SaaS product development, AI/ML solutions, blockchain development, ERP systems, and custom software solutions. We work with clients across international markets to turn business ideas into scalable technology products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern who can identify potential clients, hunt for business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and help Codestruk Softwares acquire new customers.

This is a hands-on sales role where you will work directly with the CEO and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to find businesses that need software development services, connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, pitch our solutions, follow up with prospects, and help convert opportunities into paying clients.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to generate revenue, close deals, and build a career in international B2B sales. This is not a role limited to collecting contact details or sending emails. You will be expected to take ownership of the sales pipeline and contribute to actual business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Hunting & Prospecting: Identify businesses, startups, agencies, and enterprises that may need software development, SaaS, AI/ML, or other technology solutions.
International Lead Generation: Research and build prospect lists targeting markets such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and other relevant regions.
Decision-Maker Outreach: Find and connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, product managers, and other key decision-makers.
Outbound Sales: Reach potential clients through LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calls, and other relevant outreach channels.
Opportunity Identification: Understand a prospect's business, identify potential technology needs, and determine whether they are a suitable customer.
Service Pitching: Present Codestruk Softwares services and communicate how our solutions can solve business problems.
Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing: Consistently follow up with prospects, handle initial objections, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Meeting & Deal Conversion: Arrange discovery calls, coordinate with the CEO for sales discussions, and actively assist in converting qualified prospects into paying clients.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead records, track outreach activities, update prospect status, and report sales progress.
Revenue Generation: Work toward defined sales KPIs, including qualified leads, prospect conversations, sales meetings, proposals, and converted clients.

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude toward finding leads and approaching potential customers.
Interest in B2B sales, international business development, and client acquisition.
Confidence in communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Willingness to perform cold outreach, follow up consistently, and handle rejection.
Ability to research companies, understand their business needs, and identify sales opportunities.
A target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, lead generation, or CRM tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with software development, SaaS, IT services, or technology products is a plus.
Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds. Prior sales experience is helpful but not mandatory.

What Success Looks Like

You will be expected to contribute to measurable business outcomes, including:

Building a consistent pipeline of relevant international prospects.
Generating qualified leads for Codestruk's software development services.
Initiating meaningful conversations with potential buyers.
Booking qualified sales meetings and supporting follow-ups.
Helping convert prospects into paying clients.
Maintaining disciplined reporting and achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs.

Your performance will be evaluated on the quality of your pipeline, consistency of execution, sales progress, and contribution to revenue—not merely the number of messages sent.

Compensation & Career Growth

Internship Stipend: 10,000–12,000 per month.

Full-Time Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time BDE role with a package of 2.5–3.5 LPA, along with performance-based incentives, depending on skills, performance, and business requirements.

At Codestruk Softwares, we value ownership, consistency, initiative, and measurable results. You will get practical exposure to international B2B sales, client acquisition, sales strategy, and working directly with company leadership.
