About the Role: Management Trainee (Path to Customer Success Manager)

The Customer Success Manager at Joveo isn't a support function—it's a high-stakes, advisory role for a storyteller, a strategist, and a growth architect.

You won't just manage clients; you will be their most trusted advisor in the recruitment tech space. You'll sit at the intersection of data and human capital, transforming complex programmatic advertising metrics into multi-million dollar ROI narratives. This role is about driving Value Realization—ensuring our clients don't just use Joveo, but win with Joveo.

What You'll Do

Be the ROI Storyteller: Move beyond reporting metrics. Transform raw data into compelling narratives that prove Joveo's impact on a client's bottom line.
Command the Boardroom: Own the relationship with Director and CXO-level stakeholders. You won't just do QBRs; you'll lead strategic sessions that shape the client's long-term talent strategy.
Architect Success Playbooks: Don't just follow a process. Design and execute project blueprints that ensure seamless adoption of Joveo's cutting-edge AI and programmatic solutions.

Drive the Health Agenda: Monitor account vitals with surgical precision. Identify risks before they surface and turn challenges into opportunities for expansion and advocacy.
Mobilize the Powerhouse: Act as the CEO of your book of business, rallying cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Sales) to deliver on bold promises.

What We're Looking For

0-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management (Bonus points if you've navigated the HR Tech, SaaS, or Recruitment Marketing landscape).
The Consultant Vibe: You don't just answer questions; you provide world-class advisory that challenges clients to think bigger.
Analytical Rigor: You are a wizard with data. Pivot tables and charts are your tools for unearthing clarity from chaos.
Executive Presence: You speak the language of CXOs—confident, concise, and outcome-oriented.
An Owner's Heart: You are self-starting and thrive in high-autonomy environments. You see a gap and you fill it.
The Advocacy Spark: You have a track record of turning quiet users into vocal brand champions and case-study stars.
