About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling D2C commerce leader in India's beauty, skincare, and FMCG sector, we're building next-gen digital brand experiences that drive conversion, retention, and community-led growth. We operate across owned channels, marketplaces, and social commerce — combining consumer insights, agile merchandising, and performance marketing to scale brands with precision.

Role & Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with marketing, CX, and supply chain to ensure seamless customer journeys from discovery to delivery.
Monitor and optimize funnel metrics — cart abandonment, AOV, conversion rate — using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and platform dashboards.
Run A/B tests on product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows to incrementally boost conversion and reduce bounce rates.
Manage influencer, UGC, and community content calendars to maintain brand tone and drive engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
