TripleDart is an AI-native B2B marketing agency helping 300+ tech startups and SaaS companies turn organic search into predictable pipeline. Our Organic Growth practice runs on Slate, our proprietary AI system built on a compounding memory that executes SEO workflows while our operators set the strategy.

We're looking for an insightful, data-driven SEO Strategist to scale organic search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients. You'll own the strategy that pairs human expertise with agentic intelligence, unlocking growth, refining content, and making sure our clients get found wherever their buyers are searching: Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and beyond.

This role blends SEO strategy, content optimization, buyer-intent mapping, and deep analytics to improve search visibility and drive meaningful, revenue-tied engagement.

What You'll Do

Own SEO and GEO strategy for a portfolio of B2B SaaS and tech-startup clients, aligning each roadmap to the client's ICP, product, and pipeline goals.
Conduct deep keyword and competitive research centered on search-intent analysis and full-funnel buyer journeys, using Semrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Slate to inform decisions.
Direct Slate's SEO and Content agents — briefing, guiding, and reviewing agentic output for technical SEO, on-page optimization, new content, and refreshes that recover decaying pages.
Build pillar-and-cluster content strategies and BOFU comparison/alternatives pages designed to convert, in collaboration with content strategists and writers.
Own AI Visibility (GEO/AEO): structure content to be cited and ranked across answer engines, not just traditional search, and track visibility gains across LLM platforms.
Develop data-led hypotheses to refine content structure, intent alignment, and long-term visibility, then test and iterate.
Analyze SEO and GEO performance, report on impact tied to pipeline, and spot opportunities to scale what works across accounts.
Collaborate with paid, GTM engineering, and RevOps teams so organic feeds one coherent growth engine, with clear attribution from first touch to closed-won.
Present insights and recommendations directly to clients, acting as a trusted operator rather than an account layer.

What You Need To Succeed

5+ years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and/or PLG search strategies.
Proven expertise with Semrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and content optimization platforms.
Hands-on interest in AI-assisted and agentic SEO workflows; comfortable directing AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality.
Working knowledge of GEO/AEO and how LLM-powered search is reshaping discovery, with a point of view on how content earns citations in AI answers.
Strong analytical approach: diving deep into SEO analytics to build content and UX strategy and to measure impact against revenue.
Deep understanding of on-page and technical SEO; keyword optimization, structured content, and user-centric search experiences built as part of a funnel.
Experience developing SEO-friendly content in partnership with content and design teams.
Ability to analyze keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO and pipeline metrics.
Strong communication skills: comfortable presenting strategy and results across teams and directly to clients.
Agency or multi-client experience is a strong plus.
