Description

Merchants should be able to use Amazon's fulfillment capabilities wherever they sell. Making that possible requires software that connects sales channels with fulfillment services, simplifies complex supply chain workflows, and gives merchants visibility into what happens after an order is placed.
Amazon's Multi-Channel Commerce and Fulfillment team is looking for a Software Development Manager in Hyderabad to lead an engineering team building these capabilities. Our work helps merchants access Amazon's supply chain services beyond the Amazon marketplace and manage their businesses through connected, intuitive experiences.

product and services portfolio, from merchant-facing workflows to the distributed systems behind them. You will partner with product managers and engineering teams across Amazon to translate customer problems into a focused roadmap, make architectural decisions, and deliver reliable software. The technical challenges include coordinating workflows across independently owned services, maintaining consistent order and shipment state, and making complex integrations easier for merchants to use.
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can develop engineers, bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and balance delivery speed with long-term system health. You will have end-to-end accountability for your team's software and its customer outcomes, including architecture, execution and production operations.
