Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support business decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. The role will work closely with leadership, operations, and business teams to ensure strong financial control and data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis)
Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business lines
Track KPIs and business performance metrics

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
Monitor budget vs actuals and highlight risks/opportunities
Support scenario planning and financial modeling

Business & Strategic Support

Provide insights for pricing, client profitability, and cost optimization
Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and dashboards
Work with business teams to evaluate new initiatives and investments

Controls & Compliance

Ensure financial processes follow internal controls and policies
Support audits and compliance requirements
Coordinate with accounting and external consultants if required

Data & Systems

Maintain financial models and MIS reports
Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, BI dashboards
Improve automation and reporting efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

CA (Inter / Final), MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification

Experience

2–5 years in finance analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
Experience in media, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based companies preferred

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, models)
Financial modeling and forecasting
Knowledge of accounting principles
Exposure to Power BI / Tableau is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
