BLUTYGA is an outdoor-focused apparel brand committed to making sun protection a seamless part of everyday life. With a focus on comfort, functionality, and protection, BLUTYGA creates apparel designed to support an active outdoor lifestyle. The brand combines performance and everyday fashion, helping customers enjoy outdoor activities with confidence.

Role Description

BLUTYGA is looking for a strong and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow its online marketplace business. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing multiple ecommerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO.

The role involves end-to-end marketplace management, sales growth, product listing optimization, inventory coordination, pricing, promotions, order management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and capable of independently managing daily marketplace operations while identifying opportunities to improve sales, visibility, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and other ecommerce platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords.
Monitor marketplace sales, revenue, conversion rates, product visibility, and overall performance.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns to drive sales.
Coordinate inventory availability, stock updates, order processing, cancellations, returns, and marketplace fulfilment.
Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and product performance to identify business opportunities.
Track marketplace KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Resolve listing issues, account health concerns, order-related issues, and marketplace compliance requirements.
Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve sales, reduce returns and cancellations, and increase profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ecommerce marketplace management.
Practical experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO.
Strong understanding of marketplace seller portals, catalog management, product listing, pricing, promotions, and order management.
Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and take action to improve marketplace performance.
Good knowledge of inventory management, returns, cancellations, fulfilment, and marketplace operations.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces independently and meet business targets.
Prior experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or D2C brands is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on performer, not just a coordinator—someone who understands marketplace operations, takes ownership of sales performance, solves operational issues independently, and can contribute directly to BLUTYGA's ecommerce growth.

Candidates with proven experience in managing multiple marketplaces and a strong understanding of fashion or apparel ecommerce will be preferred.
