About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world's underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We're a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

Own new business acquisition across SMB and Mid-Market exporters of services (IT/ITES and other cross-border businesses).
Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and sales tools.
Engage Founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers with compelling value propositions and convert opportunities into long-term customers.
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly new customer acquisition and GMV targets.
Identify untapped market opportunities and help shape go-to-market strategies for new customer segments.
Represent Payoneer at industry events and customer engagements to generate demand and expand market presence.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting while driving a high-velocity sales process.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a strong focus on net-new customer acquisition.
3+ years in payments, fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services selling to Mid-Market businesses
Demonstrated track record of consistently crushing outbound sales targets and building pipeline through proactive prospecting—not just working inbound leads.
Proven ability to open new accounts, win competitive deals, and influence senior stakeholders including Founders and CXOs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to Have

MBA or equivalent qualification.
Experience selling cross-border payment solutions or financial products.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
Experience developing new territories or launching new market segments.

Who Thrives in This Role

You'll succeed if you're the kind of salesperson who gets excited by a blank territory, enjoys opening new conversations, doesn't wait for leads to come in, and takes pride in consistently outperforming quota. You're competitive, resilient, and relentless in finding and winning new business.

If you're an ambitious sales hunter looking to build with one of the world's leading fintech companies, we'd love to hear from you.
