Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules related to utilities billing processes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within SAP environments.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
This position is based at our Pune office.
