Azisly.ai | Gurgaon | Full-time

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Work mode: On-site

The role

Can you turn a good creative into an ad that gets attention, clicks and paying customers

Azisly.ai is building AI-powered tools that help students and working professionals improve their resumes, prepare for interviews and get closer to their career goals.

We're looking for someone who understands that performance marketing isn't just about spending money on ads. It's about understanding people, testing ideas, finding what works and continuously improving results.

What you'll work on

1. Paid Ads & Campaign Management

Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Set up campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, bidding and conversion tracking.
Run experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, placements and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise spending to improve conversions.

2. Performance Analytics & Optimisation

Track key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.
Identify what's driving results and where budgets are being wasted.
Analyse the complete funnel, from ad impressions to clicks, sign-ups, trial purchases and paid subscriptions.
Build simple performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.

3. Creative Testing & Growth Experiments

Work with the content and design team to develop ad creatives, hooks, scripts and offers.
Understand customer pain points and translate them into compelling ad campaigns.
Test different messaging for students, freshers and working professionals.
Identify winning creatives and audiences, then scale campaigns based on data.

4. Tracking & Marketing Tools

Work with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Understand landing-page performance, attribution and funnel drop-offs.
Use spreadsheets and AI tools to analyse data, research competitors and improve campaign execution.

What we're looking for

A genuine interest in digital advertising, growth and consumer behaviour.

Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, or hands-on experience running campaigns.

Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and interpreting campaign metrics.

An experimental mindset: form a hypothesis, test it, analyse the results and iterate.

Good copy sense and an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and take action.

Willingness to learn quickly, take ownership and work hands-on.

Bonus points for:

Experience running live campaigns, even for a college project, personal brand or small business.

Knowledge of landing-page optimisation, A/B testing, GA4, GTM or attribution tools.

Experience using AI tools for ad research, creative production or marketing analysis.

Who should apply

This role is open to candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Practical ability, curiosity and a willingness to experiment matter more than a long list of certifications.

Why Azisly

Work on a real consumer product in the AI and career-tech space.
Own campaigns and see how your decisions affect actual business outcomes.
Experiment with creatives, audiences, offers and acquisition strategies.
Learn performance marketing by doing, with room to take on greater responsibility.
