Youthfluence is India's leading campus and youth marketing agency, powering brand activations across 5,000+ colleges through a network of 75,000+ student ambassadors. We help brands like ITC, Bombay Shaving Company, Pee Safe, Unacademy, Hive Hostels, and Bajaj Pulsar tap into India's massive youth demographic through on-ground activations, influencer campaigns, and digital-first strategies. If you want to be at the intersection of youth culture, marketing, and scale, this is the place.

Role: Influencer Marketing Intern

This is a full time work-from-office internship where you'll work directly with the Youthfluence team on live influencer campaigns for real brands. You'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, coordinating creator partnerships end-to-end, assisting with content strategy and campaign briefs, and tracking campaign performance and creator deliverables. You'll also contribute to brainstorming sessions for new client pitches, stay on top of trending content formats and creator economy shifts, and support content creation to drive authentic engagement between our clients and influencers. This is a hands-on role. You'll work on actual campaigns from day one, not hypothetical case studies.
