Position: 2D / 3D Animator

Experience: 1–4 Years

Location: Noida sector-63 , On-site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary : up to 6LPA

We're looking for a creative, resourceful 3D Generalist to join our team and help bring our animated characters and stories to life for a kids YouTube channel. If you're a problem-solver who gets things done no matter what tools are available, and you're excited about using AI to create video content and streamline workflows, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

Design and model 3D characters, props, and environments with a bright, kid-friendly visual style
Apply textures, lighting, and shading for consistent, polished visuals across episodes
Rig and animate characters for episodes and shorts
Handle end-to-end production — motion graphics, video editing, and final assembly for YouTube (including thumbnails and Shorts)
Use AI tools to generate and accelerate video content, and continuously find ways to optimize the production workflow
Collaborate with the creative team on characters, worlds, and visual style
Troubleshoot and solve problems independently to keep production moving and deadlines met
Stay current with trends in kids content, 3D tools, and AI video generation

What we're looking for:

Strong portfolio across modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering (stylized/character work a plus)
Tool-agnostic — proficient in Blender, comfortable picking up whatever software gets the job done best
Experience with motion graphics and video editing
Strong working knowledge of AI tools for video generation and workflow automation
A figure it out and deliver attitude — resourceful, adaptable, and not easily blocked
A playful, kid-friendly visual sensibility and strong storytelling instincts
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable wearing multiple hats

Nice to have:

Experience with children's media or character-driven series
Familiarity with YouTube content formats (pacing, thumbnails, Shorts)
