Cover IIC's projects, events, activations and workplace moments and convert them into social-first content.
Work closely with the marketing, creative and business teams to understand campaigns and translate them into social content.
Use AI-powered tools for content ideation, scripting, editing, research and creative experimentation.
Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages and support community management.
Track basic social media performance and identify what content is working and what can be improved.
Research competitors, creators, brands and emerging social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form content.
Good communication and writing skills with a strong sense of storytelling.
Comfortable creating and presenting content on camera.
Basic knowledge of video editing and creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar platforms.
Interest in AI tools, MarTech, technology, advertising and experiential marketing.

Ability to work independently, take ownership and execute ideas quickly.
A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional content.

Good to Have

Experience managing a brand's social media presence.
Experience creating Reels/Shorts and on-camera content.
Basic photography/videography skills.
Familiarity with AI content-generation and productivity tools.
Experience working with an agency, startup, media company or creative environment.
A portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel or examples of personal/previous content.

Why Join IIC

You will get the opportunity to work on real brand campaigns, technology-driven experiences and innovative content, while experimenting with AI, emerging technologies and new-age marketing formats.

If you are someone who spots trends before they become mainstream, loves creating content and wants to build rather than simply manage social media, we would love to hear from you.
