Job Description

The Role

This is not a follow up and send decks sales role.

This is a pure revenue

You will work directly with founders to drive how Timbuckdo monetizes — through brand

partnerships, activations, and long-term collaborations.

You won't be handed leads and told what to say.

You'll Figure Out

Which brands matter
What to pitch
How to close

From first conversation to signed deal, you own the outcome. This is a 01 + 110 revenue

role.

What You'll Own

End-to-end sales partnerships pipeline
Revenue generation
Relationship building with brands, agencies, and decision-makers
Converting demand into structured, repeatable revenue

What You'll Actually Do

Go out and meet recruiters— this is not a desk job
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospects
Negotiate commercials, scope, and execution timelines
Work closely with founders on pricing, positioning, and GTM
Continuously refine how we sell, not just what we sell

Who This Is For

2–6 years in Sales
Experience in high-performance sales environments
Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, unstructured setups

What We're Really Looking For

Closer mindset — you care about signed deals, not conversations
Ownership — you don't wait for leads, you create them
Speed — you move fast, follow up faster
On-ground confidence — you can walk into a room and own it
Commercial instinct — you understand what makes a deal work
Persistence — you don't drop the ball after the first no

Why This Role is Different

You'll work on a product that combines distribution + execution, not just media
You'll directly impact revenue, not just support it
You'll work with founders — no layers, no slow approvals

Most sales roles give you targets. This one gives you ownership + access + upside.

A Quick Note

This role is not for everyone.

It Requires

Stepping out
Handling rejection
Moving fast without hand-holding

But if you want to be in a role where:

Every conversation can turn into revenue
Every deal actually matters
And your growth is directly tied to what you close

This is one of the rare places where you can do it early

About Us

Timbuckdo is India's #1 Student Gig Hub.

We're building the default platform for Gen Z India to earn, explore, and grow across the

widest possible spectrum of opportunities.

From working in sales for top brands to something as real and everyday as dog walking,

we're creating a system where any student can find a way to earn, experiment, and build

independence.

We sit at the intersection of white-collar and blue-collar work, but what we're really building is

much bigger, a new way for Gen Z to interact with work, money, and opportunity.

And none of this works without attention.

Because Gen Z doesn't engage with ads. They engage with relatability. They engage with

culture.

And content is where that culture is built.

Today, We Already Have

5L+ registered students
Pratik Gandhi as our brand ambassador
Featured on Ideabaaz

But this is still Day 0. We're not just making content. We're building the most relatable,

high-trust student platform in India.
