Company Description

At LioByte, we believe technology and digital growth work best together. Whether we are building an AI solution, developing a business platform or improving a client's search presence, the goal remains the same: solve a real business problem and deliver measurable value.

We primarily work with businesses in international markets and focus on building long-term client relationships rather than one-off projects.

Role Description

As an International Business Development Executive your primary objective will be to identify, approach, qualify and develop new international clients for our IT, AI, and digital services.

You will be expected to actively build a pipeline rather than rely only on inbound enquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Researching and identifying potential clients in the US, Canada, Europe, and Middle East
Generating B2B leads for software development, AI solutions, automation and digital marketing services
Running outbound prospecting campaigns through channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, professional networks, directories, and other relevant platforms
Identifying the right decision-makers within target companies
Writing personalised outreach messages and following up consistently
Qualifying prospects based on business requirements, budget, timeline and service fit
Understanding client requirements and translating them into clear business opportunities
Coordinating with engineering and delivery leads when technical discussions are required
Maintaining an organised and measurable sales pipeline using CRM and sales tracking tools
Conducting market and competitor research to identify new opportunities

Required Experience

We are looking for someone who already understands how IT services business development works.

Must Have

Previous business development or sales experience in an IT services, software development, technology consulting, SaaS services, AI services, Digital marketing or similar technology company
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting
Experience targeting international clients, preferably in the US, Canada, Europe, or Middle East
Understanding of how to identify companies, decision-makers, and relevant sales opportunities
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, CRM systems, and structured follow-ups
Strong written and spoken English for communicating with international clients
Ability to conduct discovery conversations and understand client requirements
Basic understanding of software development and technology services

You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand what an IT services company sells and be comfortable discussing software, web and mobile applications, AI solutions, automation, and digital services with potential clients.

Experience using platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar prospecting and CRM tools would also be useful.

What success looks like,

Success in this role is straightforward: you consistently identify relevant international prospects, generate qualified leads, build a healthy sales pipeline, and help convert those opportunities into paying clients.

This is not a general marketing position or a domestic field sales role. It is an international B2B business development role for an IT services company.

If your background is in IT services business development and you have experience generating international B2B opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
