About RELAI

RELAI is India's first structured, data-backed property advisory platform for home buyers. We don't push sales. Every project is evaluated with our proprietary GRID score, and our advisors guide buyers from the first search through to the final transaction, at zero cost to the buyer. We're live in Hyderabad, expanding in Bengaluru, and building the most trusted brand in Indian real estate.

The role

You will own RELAI's brand and content engine end to end. Your job is to turn our data and our buyers real stories into content people trust enough to act on. You will work directly with the founder and shape his public voice, and you'll lead a small team (performance marketing, video/editing, design freelancers).

What you'll own

Brand: Voice, messaging and consistency across web, social, print and builder-facing material, in line with our brand guidelines
Content engine: A weekly newsletter, locality pages for search, a quarterly GRID report, and a social calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube
Founder voice: A system that turns the founder's voice notes and ideas into sharp posts and long-form pieces, in his voice
Buyer stories: Verified customer stories (including Telugu-English formats) that build trust in the community
Launch marketing: City-launch campaigns for Bengaluru, including events, PR and community seeding
Team and vendors: Direct the performance marketer, video editor and freelancers, and set quality standards
Measurement: Content-to-lead performance, with a weekly dashboard you share with the sales and growth heads

You are a fit if you have

4–6 years in brand, content or growth marketing at a D2C, fintech, proptech, edtech or consumer-internet company
A portfolio of content you personally built that drove measurable leads or trust, not just reach
Strong writing in English; Telugu and/or Hindi is a big plus
Experience managing small creative teams and freelancers
Comfort with data: you can read a funnel and know which content moves it
Good judgment. You can say no to a campaign that looks good but doesn't serve the buyer
Interest in real estate or high-trust, high-ticket decisions

Not a fit if

You've mostly run paid ads or managed an agency without creating content yourself
You measure success in followers and impressions
You want a pure strategy role with no execution

What success looks like

First 90 days

Brand and content audit completed, with a clear content system documented
Weekly newsletter and founder-content workflow live
Handover from the current team done, with no loss of lead flow
Content-sourced qualified leads tracked monthly

By 6 months

Measurable organic lead contribution, and lower dependence on paid
First GRID report published and covered by media
Bengaluru launch content in market

Why RELAI

Direct access to the founder and real decision-making
A proprietary data asset (GRID score) most real estate brands don't have
Real ESOP, not a token one
A rare chance to build a trust-first brand in a category known for the opposite
