About Houzeo India Brokerage

Houzeo is a technology-driven real estate platform headquartered in New York, with offices in

Charlotte and Mumbai. Houzeo India Brokerage brings that approach to the Indian market: a

more transparent, trustworthy way to buy, sell, and list property.

We believe property decisions are among the biggest a family will ever make, and that they

shouldn't come with guesswork or hidden costs. That belief shapes everything we build:

•Verified listings: every property on Houzeo is human-verified, so buyers and sellers can rely

on what they see.

•Trusted brokers: we work with a carefully vetted network of brokers and developers, backed

by Houzeo's technology, CRM, and brand.

•No hidden costs: clear, upfront terms for every customer and partner.

•A complete ecosystem: beyond listings, we connect customers with trusted services such as

mortgage, legal, inspection, and interiors, so the whole journey is easier.

We are in the early stage of our India launch, so this is a chance to build something from the

ground up. You'll work directly with developers and brokers, help shape how Houzeo earns

trust in a new market, and grow with the company as it scales across cities.

Think of the scale and ambition of platforms like Square Yards and HomeBazaar:

technologyled real estate players that combine listings, brokers, and services under one roof.

Houzeo India Brokerage is building in that space, with a sharper focus on trust: verified listings,

vetted brokers, and transparent terms
