We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer - BMC Helix to join our team and take ownership of the development, integration & deployment of BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM applications in enterprise environments. Administer Remedy Server and Mid-Tier — covering AR Server, Approval Server, Email Engine, Reporting, and Audit Logging configuration
Perform installation, upgrades, feature design, development, and data loads for BMC Remedy/Helix applications
Build and maintain integrations with third-party and B2B systems; lead migrations and consolidation of disparate systems into an enterprise ITSM infrastructure
Provide technical support across the Remedy Suite — including ADDM, BCM, CMDB, and Asset Management — across production, test, and development environments
Manage Change Management approvals, assignments, notification mechanisms, SLM, and end-to-end CM lifecycle
Perform bug fixes, workflow enhancements, and troubleshoot applications at workflow and database levels
Translate business requirements into application designs using best-practice technical solutions; create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
Support all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

What You Will Bring
