About Zenerative Minds and Tathya

Zenerative Minds is building Tathya, a sovereign enterprise AI platform that combines Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI into a secure intelligence layer for organizations in highly regulated industries. Tathya keeps sensitive data under the customer's control, which matters most in sectors where data cannot leave the perimeter.

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Enterprise Sales Lead, India to own our domestic go-to-market across banking and financial services, government and public sector, defence and security, pharma and healthcare, and large enterprises. You will work directly with the founders to open strategic accounts, lead CXO and board-level conversations, convert funded POCs into multi-year deployments, and build our India enterprise revenue from the ground up.

This is a ground-floor role with real ownership. You will shape how sovereign AI is sold in India.

What You Will Do

Own India enterprise GTM: Define and execute the sales strategy for large private-sector enterprises, public sector undertakings (PSUs), banks and government bodies.
Engage senior decision-makers: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, CTOs, Chief Risk and Compliance Officers, and business heads, including MDs and CEOs of banks and large enterprises.
Navigate regulated and public-sector buying: Manage complex cycles involving RFPs, tenders, empanelment, GeM, vendor onboarding and multi-stakeholder approvals.
Close complex deals end to end: Take opportunities from first conversation through funded POC, security and compliance review, procurement and multi-year deployment.
Build ecosystem partnerships: Work with system integrators, channel partners, consultants and technology alliances to extend reach and accelerate closures.
Shape the product and the pitch: Work with founders, product and engineering to sharpen positioning, pricing and vertical use cases from what you hear in the market.
Build the foundation: Set up the pipeline, sales processes, playbooks and reporting that the future India sales team will run on.

What You Bring

7-12 years of enterprise technology sales experience in India (SaaS, AI, Cloud, Data, Analytics, Cybersecurity or Automation).
A track record of closing enterprise deals in the [1-5] crore range, with experience taking deals from POC to production.
Experience selling into at least one of BFSI, government/PSU, defence, pharma or healthcare.
Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements, including the DPDP Act, RBI and SEBI guidelines, data localization and CERT-In norms, and the credibility to discuss them with CISOs and risk teams.
A strong CXO network in your target sectors, and comfort with long, consultative sales cycles.
A hunter mentality: you generate your own pipeline, thrive with autonomy, and are energized by building something early.

Good to Have

Experience with government procurement (GeM, tenders, empanelment).
Prior experience in an early-stage startup or a new-market launch.
Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus.

What We Offer

Fixed compensation: 20 lac LPA, based on experience.
Variable pay: High, uncapped commission tied to closed revenue.
Equity: Meaningful ESOP grants.
Impact: Direct access to the founders and a chance to define a new AI category in India.
