Business Flow Navigator (BFN) helps organizations understand, redesign, and improve end-to-end business flows using AI, automation, and modern enterprise technology approaches. BFN Technologies Private Limited is our India operating company, based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Employment for this position is through BFN Technologies Private Limited, the wholly owned India subsidiary of Business Flow Navigator Inc.

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can independently execute SEO, AI search optimization, LinkedIn content, blog publishing, website updates, analytics, and social media maintenance. This is a production role — the candidate must personally research, write, publish, optimize, and analyze. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates agencies or prepares plans.

Who We're Targeting & Primary Objective

BFN primarily targets US companies with approximately 200 to 2,000+ employees. Typical target buyers include CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital/Data/AI Officers, and VPs of Technology, Digital Transformation, Operations, or AI/Data. Content must be professional and suitable for senior executives.

Primary objective: build and maintain BFN's digital presence across Google Search, AI search platforms, LinkedIn, the BFN website, blogs, X, YouTube, and Facebook — while working closely with BFN's SDR to support outbound prospecting, account research, and sales campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

SEO & AI Search (AEO/GEO)

Own day-to-day organic search: keyword and search-intent research, competitor research, on-page and basic technical SEO, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, image/URL optimization, sitemap and crawlability checks, basic schema, and Google Search Console monitoring.

Support BFN's visibility across AI-driven search and answer platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude): AEO/GEO optimization, question-based content, FAQ development, entity optimization, and monitoring BFN mentions and citations. Deep prior GEO expertise is not mandatory — willingness to learn quickly and execute is.

Website & Content Production

Maintain and improve the BFN website: publishing blog posts, updating pages and landing pages, formatting content, optimizing images/metadata, and coordinating technical changes when development support is needed. Hands-on WordPress or similar CMS experience is strongly preferred.

Produce 2 to 4 detailed B2B blogs per month, plus thought-leadership articles, FAQ content, and landing-page content supporting SDR outreach.
Topics may include enterprise AI, generative and agentic AI, business workflows and transformation, automation, and cloud/enterprise technology.
Research technical topics and convert them into clear business content — generic AI-generated articles are not acceptable.

LinkedIn — Founder & Company Page

Support and maintain the Founder/CEO's LinkedIn presence: researching topics, drafting 8 to 12 posts per month, turning founder ideas into professional thought-leadership content, and tracking performance — building credibility with CIOs, CTOs, and VPs. Content quality matters more than vanity metrics.

Manage BFN's company LinkedIn page: maintain an editorial calendar, publish 8 to 12 posts per month, promote blogs and company updates, and track page analytics. LinkedIn is the primary social platform for this role.

Collaboration With SDR

Research target companies and senior executives (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, VPs) alongside the SDR, identifying digital transformation and AI initiatives, personalization signals, and outreach angles. Regularly review SDR feedback — prospect questions, objections, responsive industries and personas — and use it to improve blog topics, LinkedIn content, website messaging, and SEO strategy.

Social, YouTube, Analytics & Competitor Research

Maintain X, YouTube, and Facebook profiles, repurposing content and tracking basic analytics (YouTube can initially focus on titles, descriptions, and Shorts; advanced video editing isn't required).
Manage BFN's Google Business Profile where applicable — accurate information, categories, and review monitoring.
Work directly with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager basics, and LinkedIn/YouTube analytics, providing a simple monthly report on what happened, what changed, and what to do next.
Monitor competitors SEO visibility, blog topics, LinkedIn activity, and AI search visibility to identify opportunities for BFN.

Required Skills & Communication

Candidates should have hands-on experience with most of the following:

SEO, keyword research, on-page and basic technical SEO
Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
WordPress or a similar CMS
LinkedIn content creation and company-page management
Blog writing, content research, and Canva
Strong written English and AI-assisted research/writing tools

Preferred: AEO/GEO, Google AI Overviews/ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity familiarity, schema markup, Semrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest/Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and B2B marketing experience. Experience with every tool isn't mandatory — BFN values learning ability and hands-on execution.

Because BFN targets US companies and senior executives, candidates need strong written English, good grammar, the ability to research unfamiliar topics and summarize technical ideas clearly, and attention to detail. Candidates who primarily create casual consumer social content may not be suitable.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

Candidate Profile & Selection Process

The strongest candidate typically has 1 to 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience on live websites, good SEO fundamentals, strong LinkedIn and content-writing ability, WordPress/CMS experience, and an interest in AI and enterprise technology. Exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong production ability.

Selection Process

Shortlisted Candidates Complete a Practical Assessment Covering

SEO — review a BFN web page and identify practical improvements
Content — write a short B2B technology article or section
Founder & company LinkedIn — draft a post suitable for a CEO/CIO/CTO audience, and a company-page post
AEO/GEO — explain how you'd improve BFN's visibility in AI search systems
Analytics — review sample Search Console or GA4 data and recommend actions
SDR support — research a sample US company and identify executives, initiatives, and outreach angles

Final selection is based primarily on production quality, SEO understanding, writing and LinkedIn content quality, research and analytical ability, and the ability to work independently.

Work Environment

This is a remote role; candidates in Hyderabad or elsewhere in Telangana are preferred. You'll need a reliable internet connection, a suitable remote work environment, and the ability to communicate regularly with the team and attend scheduled online meetings.

Important: this is a hands-on execution role. Applicants whose experience is mainly agency coordination, team supervision, or theoretical training without production experience may not be suitable. We're looking for someone who can personally research, write, publish, optimize, measure, and improve BFN's digital presence.
