About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer who combines strong visual design skills, front-end development knowledge, and advanced use of modern tools.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a requirement from concept → AI-assisted ideation → Figma design → working WordPress page (Elementor) / front-end implementation.

You should be someone who actively uses AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of your design and development workflow, rather than relying only on traditional design and coding processes.

Create complete website pages, sections, components, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Create and maintain consistent design systems, typography, spacing, components, and visual styles.
Take rough ideas, requirements, references, or existing websites and turn them into polished UI/UX designs.
Improve existing designs based on UX, SEO, conversion, and business requirements.
Work closely with Growth, SEO, Content, and Development teams.

Create clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript implementations from Figma designs.
Build responsive sections and UI components that can be integrated into Next.js websites.
Work with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
