GTM Outbound Executive

Location: MG Road, Bangalore — Work From Office

Experience: 3+ years

Markets: USA, Europe & India

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and hands-on GTM Outbound Executive to build and execute Lolly's outbound go-to-market motion across the USA, Europe, and India.

You will own the front end of the GTM funnel — from identifying target accounts and researching decision-makers to outbound prospecting, cold calling, qualification, product demos, and moving qualified prospects toward trials and POCs.

This is an execution-focused GTM role, with primary ownership of pipeline creation rather than traditional sales closing. You will work closely with the Founder, Product, and Growth teams to turn outbound activity into qualified opportunities and actionable market feedback.
