Role Description

We're looking for a Content Distribution & Engagement Executive whose entire job is getting Indexed placed out there through every digital channel — this is an outreach and placement role, not a content-creation or writing role.

The philosophy behind this role is borrowed audience before owned: the win is Indexed's name appearing on someone else's platform — a guest post, a podcast slot, a partnership placement, a press or newsletter mention — not on our own. You'll write pitches that actually get a yes, not templated outreach, and you'll own our organic presence and engagement on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit/communities as distribution and relationship-building, not content production. This is a high-volume, consistency-driven role — a daily pitching and engagement habit, not a campaign that starts and stops.

What You'll Do

Pitch and place Indexed everywhere

Pitch Indexed for guest posts, podcast guest slots, partnership placements, and press/newsletter mentions across every relevant digital channel
Write pitches built to get a yes — tailored to the outlet or host, not templated outreach

Own organic presence as distribution, not production

Show up daily on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit/communities, engaging genuinely to build the relationships that make the next pitch land
Treat this presence as relationship-building and distribution infrastructure, not as a content-production responsibility

Keep the pitching habit high-volume and consistent

Run pitching and engagement as a daily habit — consistent volume over time, not a campaign that starts and stops

Protect authenticity

Exercise real judgment for authentic vs. spammy engagement — no automation, no scripts, no copy-paste pitches, especially in Reddit and community spaces where genuine participation is the only thing that works

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience, with real, hands-on experience securing guest posts, podcast guest slots, partnership placements, and press/newsletter mentions
Someone who can write a pitch that actually gets a yes, not just send templated outreach
Genuine understanding of borrowed audience before owned as the core of the job — the win is visibility on someone else's platform, not our own
High-volume, consistency-driven work style — comfortable with a daily pitching and engagement habit rather than campaign bursts
Strong judgment for authentic vs. spammy engagement — no automation, no scripts, no copy-paste pitches

What You'll Get

Ownership of Indexed's external placement and distribution presence across every major channel
Direct access to leadership, with no layers of approval slowing you down
A role measured on real placements and genuine relationships, not vanity content metrics

How to Apply

Two steps. You need to do both to be shortlisted.

1. Apply through LinkedIn.

2. Email [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line Content Distribution & Engagement Exec — [Your Name], and include:

Your CV
A pitch you've written that landed a placement — a guest post, podcast slot, partnership, or press/newsletter mention — and the outlet or host it was aimed at.
An example of your organic engagement on LinkedIn, X, or Reddit/communities that built a real relationship, not just visibility.

Applications without the email will not be reviewed. We're looking for someone who can prove they get real yeses, not just send outreach — show us the placement, not a template. If it's a fit, we will move fast.
