Healthcare Marketing & Client Servicing Executive

Sutros | Mumbai | Hybrid | Full-time

Experience: 2–5 years, preferably in a healthcare marketing agency

About Sutros

Sutros is a healthcare AI company helping healthcare businesses and clinics turn conversations into action, improve adoption and support patient journeys. Our purpose is simple: Move What Matters.

About the role

We are looking for someone who understands healthcare, enjoys working with clients and can turn a brief into well-executed marketing work.

This role combines client servicing, healthcare content and hands-on campaign execution. You will work closely with the founder, clients, medical experts and creative teams to take projects from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

Client servicing and project coordination

* Understand client goals, gather requirements and translate them into clear briefs and action plans.

* Manage day-to-day client communication, meetings, feedback and approvals.

* Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, medical reviewers and other partners.

* Track deliverables, timelines and dependencies; flag delays early and drive closure.

* Prepare concise progress updates and campaign reports.

Healthcare content and marketing

* Research healthcare topics using credible sources and develop clear, audience-appropriate content.

* Write and edit social media posts, captions, presentations, video scripts and campaign materials.

* Build content calendars and support campaigns for doctors, clinics and healthcare companies.

* Coordinate medical review and client approval before publication.

* Support webinars, doctor interviews, podcasts, events and other engagement initiatives.

* Monitor campaign results and suggest practical improvements.

Client and doctor engagement

* Attend client meetings in Mumbai and travel occasionally to other cities.

* Gather feedback from doctors and healthcare teams to improve content and campaigns.

* Support Sutros presentations, product demonstrations and client onboarding when required.

Who we are looking for

* 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management or marketing, ideally within a healthcare, pharma, medical communications or digital agency.

* An academic background in healthcare or life sciences—such as dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, biotechnology or a related field—is strongly preferred.

* Experience creating content for healthcare audiences and working with medical experts.

* Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex information accurately.

* Good organisation, follow-through and the confidence to manage multiple projects.

* Comfortable using presentation tools, spreadsheets, Canva and AI tools, while independently checking accuracy.

* Based in Mumbai, with willingness to attend in-person meetings and travel occasionally.

An advantage: Experience building a small agency, working in a founder-led agency or taking ownership of accounts from brief to delivery.

What success looks like

* Clients feel informed, understood and supported.

* Content is accurate, relevant and delivered on time.

* Briefs, feedback and approvals are tracked clearly.

* Campaigns support measurable engagement and business goals.

* Projects move forward with proactive ownership.
