About Media.net

Media.net is a global technology company that develops innovative digital advertising and technology solutions for businesses worldwide. With teams across North America, Europe and Asia, Media.net combines deep engineering expertise, data-driven insights and an entrepreneurial culture to build scalable products for global markets.

A business division within Media.net focuses on helping organizations access, manage and optimize multiple Large Language Models. Its AI infrastructure platform enables intelligent LLM routing, cost optimization, improved reliability and seamless multi-model orchestration.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, driven and commercially curious Sales Development professional to join our Bangalore team and drive outbound growth across the US and Canadian markets.

As an Associate/Senior Associate – Sales Development, you will be at the forefront of introducing Media.net's AI infrastructure business division to enterprises, technology leaders and technical buyers across North America. You will identify prospective customers, initiate meaningful conversations and build a qualified pipeline for the sales team.

This is not a script-driven or transactional sales role. We are looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys breaking into new accounts, thinks creatively about prospect engagement and can hold an informed conversation about AI tools, LLMs and the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify and prospect potential customers across the US and Canadian markets.
Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and other creative prospecting channels.
Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound calls during US/Canada business hours.
Clearly articulate the platform's value proposition, including LLM routing, cost optimization, reliability and multi-model orchestration.
Engage and build credibility with both technical and business stakeholders, including CTOs, engineering leaders, developers and Data/AI teams.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC or similar methodologies.
Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product conversations for Account Executives.
Personalize outreach using account and stakeholder research instead of relying solely on generic scripts.
Stay informed about AI and LLM trends, competitor offerings and developments across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, lead status and pipeline data in the CRM.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to improve messaging, target-account lists and outbound playbooks.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, meeting-booking and pipeline-generation targets.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Inside Sales.
Proven experience prospecting and selling to customers in the US and/or Canadian markets.
A strong hunter mindset—you take initiative, proactively identify opportunities and find creative ways to enter target accounts.
Working knowledge of, or genuine curiosity about, Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, Generative AI and adjacent SaaS technologies.
Ability to understand and confidently communicate a technical product's business value.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral or US-friendly accent suitable for cold and warm calling.
Willingness and enthusiasm to work night shifts aligned with US/Canada business hours.
Experience using CRM or sales-engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft.
A resilient, coachable and metrics-driven approach, with the ability to manage rejection and remain accountable to targets.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

Good to Have

Previous experience selling to technical stakeholders such as developers, CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Data/AI teams.
Familiarity with AI infrastructure, MLOps, API platforms, cloud technologies or developer tools.
Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth SaaS/AI organization.
Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and account-based prospecting.

Why Join Us

Join a growing AI infrastructure business division within Media.net and contribute to its expansion from an early stage.
Work at the forefront of the evolving LLM and Generative AI ecosystem.
Gain direct exposure to North American enterprise sales and sophisticated technology buyers.
Benefit from a competitive base salary and an uncapped incentive structure.
Build a clear career path towards Account Executive and broader sales roles.
Work with a collaborative, high-energy team that values ownership, curiosity and initiative over hierarchy.
