About Grow Revenue Media

Grow Revenue Media (GRM) is a full-stack growth agency. We help coaches, consultants and B2B companies book more qualified calls through outbound, content and automation. We've worked with 50+ founders and coaches, and we run multi-channel outbound at scale for our clients. You'll join a team that already has proven systems, so you'll be executing and improving a working playbook, not starting from zero.

The Role

You'll own outbound conversations on two channels:

Instagram outreach (for GRM): DM fitness coaches and leadership coaches/consultants, start real conversations, and book discovery calls with Hardik's team.
LinkedIn outreach (for a client account): Run outreach at scale from a client's LinkedIn profile, targeting the client's ICP, and book meetings on their calendar.

Your one goal: book as many qualified meetings as possible.

Responsibilities

Instagram

Build and maintain prospect lists of fitness coaches and leadership coaches/consultants (active accounts, real offers, signs of a business).
Send personalized DMs daily, using a signal from their content, offer or recent post rather than a copy-paste template.
Warm up accounts before pitching: follow, engage with stories and posts, then message.
Handle replies, answer objections, qualify prospects and move them to a booked call.
Follow up consistently across a defined sequence (typically 3–5 touches).

LinkedIn (client account)

Send connection requests and messages at scale using Sales Navigator filters.
Run message sequences: connect → warm opener → value message → call invite → follow-ups.
Manage inbound replies in the client's voice and book meetings directly on their calendar.
Keep the account safe by respecting daily limits and avoiding behavior that risks restrictions.

Across both channels

Log every prospect, conversation stage, reply and booking in the CRM/tracker daily.
Test openers, hooks and CTAs, and report what's working.
Hand off booked calls with clear notes (who they are, what they need, objections raised).
Send a weekly report: outreach volume, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked, show rate and learnings.

Targets (agreed at onboarding)

Daily outreach volume per channel, set according to platform safety limits
Reply rate and positive reply rate benchmarks
Meetings booked per week/month (primary KPI)
Show-up rate of booked calls
CRM updated daily, with no lead left without a next step

Requirements

Must have

Proven experience in outbound sales, DM setting, appointment setting or lead generation
Strong written English: friendly, natural, never robotic or pushy
Comfortable with Instagram DM outreach and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator workflows
Ability to handle objections and qualify leads in conversation
Self-managed and disciplined: you hit daily volume without being chased
Comfortable with CRMs, trackers and basic reporting

Nice to have

Experience selling to coaches, consultants or the health/fitness/leadership space
Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, GoHighLevel or ManyChat
Experience booking calls for agencies or high-ticket offers
Understanding of US/UK buyer culture and time zones

Working Style

Quality over quantity: personalized, signal-based messaging beats blasting.
Gift-first, not pitch-first: lead with value and curiosity before asking for time.
Friendly and respectful tone: we want prospects to feel talked with, not sold to.
You may need to work part of your day in US time zones for replies and call scheduling.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary, set by experience and skill level
Commission on every deal closed from meetings you book
Growth path: strong performers can step into an Outreach Lead role, managing other agents, building sequences and owning results
