We partner with ambitious brands to deliver full-stack SEO solutions, supported by high-performance design, development, and strategic insights. Trusted by global clients, Indexed has driven millions in revenue, clicks, and conversions, along with top-ranking results in highly competitive markets. We create scalable, enduring growth systems for enterprise brands across the US, UK, and Europe.

Role Description

We're looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to take our HubSpot instance and funnel from functional to genuinely built for growth. This isn't a greenfield build — we already have HubSpot live and a v1 funnel in place. Your job is taking it to the next level, not reinventing it.

You'll work directly and closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to design the infrastructure both teams actually need — attribution, lead scoring, routing, MQL definitions — rather than operating in isolation and handing down a system nobody asked for. This is explicitly a growth-infrastructure role: you're mandated to help drive leads massively, and you're judged on whether pipeline volume and quality actually increase, not just whether the CRM is tidy.

What You'll Do

Mature the existing system

Take our current, functional-but-basic HubSpot setup and mature it into a real growth engine — building on what exists, not starting over
Build the infrastructure for meaningfully more volume than today, so the system scales rather than breaks as pipeline grows

Design infrastructure with Sales and Marketing

Work directly and closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to design attribution, lead scoring, lead routing, and MQL definitions that reflect what both teams actually need
Translate cross-functional requirements into working process and system logic, not just documentation

Own reporting

Get reporting genuinely on track — Associate Directors and both Heads need numbers they can trust weekly, without chasing or reconciling them manually
Build reporting that holds up on its own, so trust in the numbers doesn't depend on you personally explaining them each week

Drive pipeline, not just plumbing

Treat lead volume and quality as the measure of success — this role exists to help drive leads massively, not simply to keep the CRM clean

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience, with real, hands-on experience scaling a HubSpot (or equivalent) instance at a growing B2B business
A track record of taking a functional-but-basic setup and maturing it into a real growth engine — not just experience building greenfield
Comfortable working directly with Sales and Marketing leadership to design shared infrastructure — attribution, lead scoring, routing, MQL definitions — rather than working in isolation
Proven ability to build reporting that stakeholders can trust without manual reconciliation
A growth mindset — genuinely motivated by pipeline volume and quality, not just system hygiene
Experience building infrastructure that holds up under meaningfully more volume than it currently handles
Strong written English — you'll work cross-functionally with both Heads on definitions and process, even though the role isn't client-facing

What You'll Get

Ownership of revenue infrastructure across Sales and Marketing, with a mandate to actually move pipeline numbers
Direct access to leadership, with no layers of approval slowing you down
A system already live and generating data to build on, rather than a blank slate with no momentum
Room to shape how Indexed measures and scales its own growth engine

How to Apply

Two steps. You need to do both to be shortlisted.

1. Apply through LinkedIn.

2. Email [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line RevOps Manager — [Your Name], and include:

Your CV
An example of a HubSpot (or equivalent) instance you matured, not built from scratch — what it looked like before, what you changed, and what it looked like after.
An example of reporting you built that leadership could trust without you reconciling it manually.

Applications without the email will not be reviewed. We're looking for someone who builds on what exists and can prove it drove a real pipeline — show us both. If it's a fit, we will move fast.
