WE'RE HIRING | DIGITAL CONTENT & MEDIA MANAGER

Location: Goa

Risaia is building a different kind of luxury real estate brand — one rooted in nature, design, craftsmanship and a distinct point of view.

We're looking for a Digital Content & Media Manager who can bring that world to life across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands content, visual storytelling, video editing, social media and digital culture — and knows how to turn a creative direction into content that people want to watch, read and engage with.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll manage Risaia's day-to-day digital presence across:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and adapting content across reels, videos, carousels, posts, stories and articles

• Editing video content for social media and digital platforms

• Editing and optimising photographs and visual assets supplied by the team / external creators

• Turning creative briefs and campaign ideas into compelling digital content

• Developing platform-specific versions of content

• Managing the monthly content calendar and publishing schedule

• Writing captions, headlines, descriptions and platform-specific copy

• Publishing and managing content across all digital platforms

• Managing YouTube content, including editing, thumbnails, descriptions and publishing

• Updating and maintaining website content

• Managing comments, messages, mentions and day-to-day community interactions

• Building meaningful engagement with Risaia's audience

• Monitoring content performance and identifying what is working

• Using insights and analytics to continuously improve content

• Maintaining an organised digital library of photographs, videos and creative assets

• Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team to execute campaigns and brand stories

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is:

Creative. Curious. Digitally native. Detail-oriented. Hands-on.

You should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and understand that great digital content isn't simply about posting regularly — it is about making every piece of content feel relevant, considered and unmistakably Risaia.

You should be comfortable moving between:

Brief → Create → Edit → Publish → Engage → Analyse → Improve

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital media

• Strong video editing skills

• Strong visual and image-editing skills

• Excellent understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop or equivalent tools

• A good understanding of social media formats, trends and platform behaviour

• Strong attention to detail and visual sensibility

• Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines

• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative/marketing team

Experience in luxury, real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands would be an advantage.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

We're not looking for someone who simply asks:

What should I post today

We're looking for someone who can look at an idea, image, video, project or story and think:

How do we turn this into something people will want to see

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

To apply: Send us your CV along with your portfolio, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or examples of work that best demonstrate your ability to create, edit and manage digital content.
