Role overview

LexiConn builds and runs content operations for enterprise clients. This is a client-deployed role: you will work on-site as part of a dedicated content team for a leading global electrical equipment brand, managing its low-voltage switchgear product website of 500-600 pages.

You will own the content workflow end to end: taking inputs from product and marketing teams, publishing accurate pages on the CMS, implementing SEO changes and keeping the site consistent. You will also guide a Junior Content Author.

Key responsibilities

Own the content workflow for a 500-600 page product website.
Manage content tasks in Jira: raise, prioritize, track and close tickets.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Marcom, Customer Experience, Service, the internal creative team and the external SEO agency.
Edit and structure content supplied by internal teams into clear, accurate product pages.
Publish and update product pages on Builder.io.
Check specifications, ratings and technical terms for accuracy; clarify doubts with product owners before publishing.
Maintain uniform structure, terminology, tone and formatting across product pages.
Implement SEO updates: meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and other on-page changes recommended by the SEO agency.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to speed up editing, consistency checks and metadata, and review every output before it goes live.
Maintain a content style sheet, page templates and a change log.
Guide, review and mentor the Junior Content Author.

What success looks like

Within three months, you should be able to:

Run the full workflow independently, from Jira ticket to live page.
Be the go-to content contact for Product, Marcom and the SEO agency.
Keep product pages consistent and technically accurate across the site.
Close requests within agreed turnaround times, with minimal rework.
Have a working style sheet and SOPs that the Junior Content Author follows.
Spot content gaps and inconsistencies before stakeholders raise them.

Candidate profile

Around 5 years in content writing, editing or website content management, ideally for product or B2B websites.
Strong written English and editing skills for technical and product content.
Comfort with technical terminology; exposure to engineering, electrical or industrial products is a plus.
Working knowledge of Jira and a CMS (Builder.io or similar).
SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization and meta implementation.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Experience reviewing or guiding the work of junior team members.
Working familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
No programming required.

We are looking for

Someone organized and dependable, who follows up until every task is closed.
Someone who takes ownership of accuracy on a technical website.
Someone who uses AI to work faster without skipping review.

This is not a from-scratch writing, design or development role. It combines content management, technical accuracy and stakeholder coordination.
