About Stockify

Stockify is a fast-growing fintech marketplace for pre-IPO and unlisted shares, helping India's wealth management ecosystem access exclusive investment opportunities for their clients. We work with wealth managers, registered investment advisors, mutual fund distributors, family offices, sub-brokers and institutional partners across India. Our offices are in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram and Dubai, and we are scaling aggressively on the B2B distribution side.

About the Role

We are hiring three B2B Sales Consultants for our Mumbai office. This role is about building and owning the partner ecosystem in one of India's most active wealth management markets. You will be identifying, pitching, onboarding and nurturing distribution partners, including wealth management firms, IFAs, MFDs, sub-brokers, family offices and corporate treasury teams, who will bring their clients onto the Stockify platform.

This is not a desk job. It requires going out and meeting people, building trust with senior professionals, and consistently generating deal flow through strong relationships. If you already have a network in the Mumbai wealth ecosystem and know how to work with high-net-worth distribution partners, this role is directly built for you.

What You Will Do

Identify and map prospective B2B partners across Mumbai, including wealth management firms, IFAs, RIAs, sub-brokers, MFDs, corporate treasuries and family offices
Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and in-person meetings to introduce Stockify's platform, product suite and partnership model
Conduct structured pitches and presentations for prospective partners, explaining the commercial structure, the product range and the support Stockify provides to its distribution network
Onboard new partners through the documentation and compliance process, coordinating with the back office to ensure a smooth and quick activation
Deliver regular product training sessions and market updates to partner teams to keep them informed and actively selling
Manage ongoing partner relationships, handle queries, resolve escalations and ensure deal flow remains consistent from each active partner
Track partner activity, pipeline health and revenue contribution in the CRM and share weekly updates with the reporting manager
Work closely with the senior leadership team on strategy for expanding the B2B partner base in Mumbai and surrounding markets

What We Are Looking For

Two to four years of experience in B2B financial services sales, with prior exposure to working with wealth managers, IFAs, MFDs or distribution channels in the investment products space
A strong existing network in the Mumbai wealth and distribution ecosystem is a significant advantage and will be prioritised during shortlisting
Experience with unlisted shares, PMS, AIF, alternative investments or pre-IPO products is highly preferred
Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior wealth professionals
A self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to independently build and manage a partner pipeline
Proficiency with CRM tools and comfort with structured reporting and follow-up disciplines

Compensation and Benefits

Fixed CTC: Rs. 4.0 Lakhs per annum
Performance Incentives: Bonus of up to 3 to 6 months of monthly salary, paid based on individual and company performance
Review Cycle: Performance review at 6 months with potential for salary revision
