Role Description The Real Estate Sales and Business Development Executive role at Quikr is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The executive is responsible for generating and managing leads for residential and commercial properties, conducting client meetings and property visits, and guiding customers through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong network of property owners, brokers, and developers, negotiating terms and pricing, and ensuring accurate listings and data on the QuikrHomes platform. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with business objectives, tracking performance against targets, and providing market feedback to support product and process improvements. The executive is expected to deliver consistent revenue growth while upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in real estate transactions, property marketing, and client relationship management within residential or commercial markets.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze local real estate trends, and use data to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for listing management, CRM usage, and online communication with clients and partners.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
Prior on-site client-facing experience; real estate or marketplace experience in Mumbai or similar urban markets is an advantage.
