Your Role as a Growth and Sales Intern

As one of our first hires on the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound sales strategy and pipeline. This isn't just another intern role—you'll work directly with the founders, experiment with new playbooks, and help define how Talent Tribe Consulting engages with prospects and clients.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and research potential leads across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Run outbound email and call campaigns to introduce Talent Tribe and spark conversations.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs.
- Work with founders and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach tactics.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and track key performance metrics.
