Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
Strong knowledge of system integration and automation frameworks.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective troubleshooting strategies.
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline support processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional Information:
