Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and analytics within a dynamic, design-focused company. You will support the HR department in optimizing people processes, generating insightful workforce reports, and improving the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, onboarding, turnover, and performance.
Assist in preparing dashboards and HR metrics reports for management using Excel, Google Sheets, or HRIS tools.
Help track employee engagement survey results and provide actionable insights.
Recruitment & Talent Support:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, and assist with job postings.
Analyze hiring funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Process Optimization:
Support the documentation and improvement of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, training).
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current practices and suggest data-driven improvements.
Research & Benchmarking:
Conduct research on HR trends in the interior design and creative industries.
Benchmark compensation, benefits, and performance practices against competitors.
HR Systems & Compliance:
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
Support compliance tracking related to labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Interest in HR, people analytics, and organizational development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion or appreciation for interior design and aesthetics is a plus.
